ABC was founded in 1997 as a wholesale Bargain Book distributor with a steady and robust supply, forged by strong partnerships with the world’s top publishers. We have prided ourselves on pioneering exceptional value-added services for our clients and hiring the most talented group of successful women & men assembled in the industry to innovate, serve & achieve new standards. All of this led to our offering of third-party logistics services for retailers within and outside of the publishing industry.
In December 2021, ABC was acquired by Book Depot out of Thorold, Ontario, Canada. As friendly business partners for many years, combining our efforts allowed us to integrate our talented staffs and set out to accomplish more, together. Book Depot is continuing to focus on its Direct-to-Consumer and Wholesale excellence, while ABC continues its Retail Distribution and has set out to become North America’s largest Book Returns processing center.
