  • Screen readers (JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver);

  • Keyboard-only navigation;

  • Voice recognition software; and

Known limitations

While we work to maintain the highest accessibility standards, some content or features may have limitations:

  • Third-party embedded content may not fully meet accessibility standards;

  • User-generated content (customer reviews) may vary in accessibility; and

  • Legacy PDF documents are being updated to accessible formats.

Our team actively works to address these and other accessibility limitations.

Ongoing efforts

Accessibility is an ongoing commitment. We regularly:

  • Conduct accessibility audits and testing;

  • Train our team on accessibility best practices;

  • Update content to meet current standards; and

  • Incorporate user feedback into improvements.

Third-party content

Our Site links to third-party sites, including our e-commerce partner. We cannot guarantee the accessibility of external sites but encourage our partners to maintain accessibility standards.
